Case details
The client needed support with inheritance-related matters in Poland. Due to the complexity of the situation and the need for specialized legal knowledge, the client’s priority was to find a reliable legal team that could handle the case locally and communicate effectively despite the language barrier.
My role was to provide one-time support focused on setting the foundation for the case. I identified and selected appropriate lawyers experienced in inheritance matters in Poland, coordinated the initial contact, and ensured that the client understood the scope of the legal services offered. In parallel, I arranged for a translator who could support communication between the client and the legal team, making sure that discussions, explanations, and expectations were clearly understood by all parties.
Throughout this initial phase, I acted as the main point of contact to facilitate smooth communication, clarify responsibilities, and ensure that both the client and the lawyers were aligned before proceeding further. Once the cooperation between the client, the legal team, and the translator was established, the case was handed over fully to the legal professionals.
This structured, one-time support allowed the client to move forward confidently, knowing that the right specialists were in place and that language would not be a barrier in handling the inheritance matter, while also saving time by avoiding the need to search for appropriate professionals independently.
