The client, a European company, organizes an annual week-long trip for its employees. Each year, the destination changes, and when Cracow was selected, the company sought local support to plan the stay from arrival in the city through to departure. Flights and accommodation had already been arranged, but the client needed comprehensive on-the-ground planning to ensure the week ran smoothly.
My role was to design and coordinate the full itinerary for the group, taking into account timing, logistics, and the overall flow of the week. I planned daily schedules, coordinated local transportation, and worked with Cracow-based service providers to arrange activities that suited a diverse group of employees. The focus was on creating a balanced program that combined structured activities with flexibility, while ensuring that all practical details were clearly planned.
