    Case details

The client contacted me while considering whether to expand existing business activities to Poland. At this early stage, the main challenge was not execution, but uncertainty – a lack of clear answers regarding procedures, requirements, and how expansion would work in practice. From abroad, it was difficult for the client to reach the right contacts, ask the right questions, and assess which information was actually relevant.

My role was to provide short-term, focused support aimed at clarifying these uncertainties. Over the course of several days, I conducted targeted research, contacted relevant Polish institutions and service providers by phone, and participated in a number of online conversations to verify information directly at the source. Rather than relying on assumptions or fragmented online resources, I focused on obtaining clear, up-to-date answers tailored to the client’s specific situation.

Once the information was collected, I structured it into a clear and understandable overview. I summarized key findings, explained practical implications, and outlined possible next steps, allowing the client to see the full picture without being overwhelmed by details.

This brief but intensive support enabled the client to quickly gain clarity, save time, and move forward with confidence, knowing that their decisions were based on accurate local information rather than guesswork.
