Clear Communication, Simple Rules
Preferred communication channels
I communicate primarily via email and messaging tools, which allows for clear, documented, and efficient communication. This helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures that all details are easy to track and refer back to. If a call is needed, it can be arranged in advance. I don’t use unplanned phone calls as a standard communication method.
Response time & availability
I respond to messages during my standard working hours and aim to reply as promptly as possible. Response times may vary depending on the complexity of the request and current workload, but you can always expect clear communication and follow-up. Urgent matters outside standard hours are handled under Priority Support.
Working hours & Priority Support
My standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00–14:00 CET. Requests outside these hours or during Polish public holidays are handled under Priority Support, which includes faster response times and prioritized handling. This allows me to maintain focus and quality while still offering flexibility when it’s truly needed.
What I need from you to work efficiently
Clear instructions, relevant background information, and realistic timelines help me act effectively on your behalf. The more context I have at the start, the smoother and faster the process will be. If something is unclear, I will always ask – but clear communication works both ways.
Pricing
I work with transparent pricing based on the scope of work, responsibility involved, and availability required. Support can be provided hourly or through monthly packages starting from 10 hours per month, with all pricing tailored individually.
